If you are already Smart Serve certified, and your certificate is still valid, you will have access to your eCertificate from your online account.
If your certificate has expired, you will need to repurchase and re-take the course and Final test.

Login to your online account and click on the “My Results” tab. If your certificate is valid, you will be able to view, save, download, or print a PDF version of your eCertificate.
Your certificate number is attached to an individual registration that includes your full legal name and date of birth.
