Do I need to retake my Smart Serve? How do I get my eCertificate?
You do not need to re-purchase the training course. If you are already Smart Serve certified, you will have access to your eCertificate from your online account.
Where do I get my Smart Serve certificate (eCertificate)?
Login to your online account and click on the “My Results” tab. You will be able to view, save, download, or print a PDF version of your eCertificate.
How do you know that I am already certified?
Your certificate number is attached to an individual registration that includes your full legal name and date of birth.
I don’t remember my old information. What do I do?
You do not need to know where you took your training or what email address you used. If you have any issues logging into your online account or registering, please contact us.
I lost my card. How do I get a replacement?
As of October 25, 2021, we are no longer printing and mailing replacement cards. Please login to your online account to access your eCertificate, free of charge.
