All Smart Serve Certificates are valid for 5 years from date of issue.
Your Smart Serve card is now digital.
You can view, download, save or print your Smart Serve certificate (eCertificate) from your online account.
Digital certificates are available to anyone who has an online account and a valid certificate issued by Smart Serve.
Step 1:
Login to smartserve.ca
Step 2:
Select “My Results” from your account page
Step 3:
Click “Certificate #” to view, save, download, or print your certificate (eCertificate)

Do I need to retake my Smart Serve? How do I get my eCertificate?
If you are already Smart Serve certified, and your certificate is still valid, you will have access to your eCertificate from your online account.
If your certificate has expired, you will need to repurchase and re-take the course and Final test.
Where do I get my Smart Serve certificate (eCertificate)?
Login to your online account and click on the “My Results” tab. If your certificate is valid, you will be able to view, save, download, or print a PDF version of your eCertificate.
How do you know that I am already certified?
Your certificate number is attached to an individual registration that includes your full legal name and date of birth.
I don’t remember my old information. What do I do?

I lost my Smart Serve card. How do I get a replacement?
We no longer print and mail replacement cards. Please login to your online account to access your valid eCertificate, free of charge, found under “My Results” tab.
